Café Yolo offers a welcoming space for adults aged 60+ to gather weekly for a nutritious meal and meaningful social connection. Held once a week in Woodland, Davis, West Sacramento, Esparto, and Winters, the program promotes healthy aging by fostering friendships, reducing isolation, and encouraging community engagement. Participants enjoy shared stories, laughter, presentations, and periodic games or entertainment—all in a relaxed, supportive environment designed to nourish both body and spirit.
