HOME-DELIVERED MEALS

Recipients enjoy five healthy, freshly prepared hot and/or frozen meals provided weekly via one or more doorstep deliveries. The most vulnerable seniors on the program additionally are provided with shelf-stable "Weekend Food Project" meals twice monthly, to sustain them on days when hot/frozen meals are not provided.

Most deliveries are facilitated by volunteers, supplemented by staff-driven routes. Meals generally arrive between 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Most meal recipients are age 60+ and experiencing difficulty with accessing food and preparing meals for a variety of reasons.
