For 50 years, Meals on Wheels Yolo County has been a lifeline for Yolo County's seniors, providing nourishing meals and vital human connections. To celebrate these five decades, the community is invited to take action to sponsor 50 seniors for the year! A gift of $4,000 provides an older adult in Yolo County with the meals and social connections they need to age in place healthily and safely for 12 months. All are invited to sponsor — individuals, groups, businesses, and corporate partners — as we celebrate MOW Yolo at 50 together.

• Nutritious meals, prepared fresh and local - either home-delivered or in a "Cafe Yolo" setting
• Social engagement - front door visits or breaking bread with other seniors
• Support for the aging journey - ongoing assessments by trained staff and access to referrals for other services
